Newbie needs help

I've been tracking for a few days and I feel like I'm eating way to much food. Can I set my food intake lower. I'm not finding any info on the site, feeling alittle lost.

Looks like a good calorie goal to start with to me.
I would recommend trying it for at least a month and then play with it if need be. You can change your calorie intake by clicking on the My Home tab and going to Goals. From there, you can click change goals and pick custom goals.0 -
I'm at 1700 cal a day, I guess it has something to do with the fact that I did weight watchers for most of my life. I did just weigh myself and I'm down a few but you know how weight can fluctuate! lol I have a pulled muscle but I'm going to try to work out tomorrow, I think that will make me feel like i'm working harder to reach my goal.0
