Dinner Ideas
I'm a pro at making breakfast, and lunch is easy, but I need dinner ideas!! I'm used to making "kid food" like Mac n Cheese and casseroles and fattening yuck. I need help! A simple piece of meat and a veggie or two sounds so boring. Any suggestions?

Need help with calorie minimums!
Okay, I'm sure some of you want to slap me for even asking this, but I'm really having trouble getting enough calories. I think some of its mental - I'm scared that I've overestimated my burn, or underestimated my intake, so I'm a bit afraid to eat more. Do I have to rest?
Hey P90xers - on rest/stretch days, is that all you guys do? I know our bodies need rest to repair and build, but I hate to waste motivation, haha. I figure I'll have bad days when I'll make up the rest later. Is it really bad to throw a short run or an easy workout video in there?

Logging Run/walk intervals
I'm working up to running, but for now I'm walking like 2 mins/running 2 mins, etc... How do you register this on the MFP journal. Is it interval training? And no, I don't have a HRM, but I avg about 140bpm. Sorry if this has been asked already, I searched and couldn't find it. Thanks!
