Does anyone else notice weight loss in batches?
So I weight myself every morning because I'm a little neurotic, and I've noticed that I seem to lose weight in clumps. When I was 165, the scale would show my weight as 165 consistently, then one day it just started showing 163. The next week it want from 163 to 161. I know there are a lot of fluctuation in weighing…

Net calories of 1200, or Intake of 1200?
I have my Fitbit track my daily moves and so it inputs my calories burned from daily activities. Most days, this is around 800 to 900. My daily caloric intake is near 1200, so my net calories for the day is near 300. Should I worry about bringing my net calories up to 1200 or is it okay as long as my intake is 1200?

Using Fitbit or MFP to track activity
I find myself conflicted on where to enter my Fitness activities. When I linked the two accounts, MFP said to only log on MFP, however I find the Fitbit tracks more statistics for me on it's site, and seems to correlate that data with my tracker. Does anyone else have similar experience?
