Back on the wagon!
I was here about 4-5 years ago with a lot of success, but fell off the wagon after my last race. I'm an Ironman triathlete hoping to drop back to race weight and get back to being competitive in 2018. I'll gladly accept any new friends and provide as much support as I can!

High calorie diets, anyone?
This may be the complete opposite of what most people here are looking for/doing, but I'd like some ideas from others on high cal diets. Per my nutritionist, for my triathlon training I should be taking in roughly 4000cals/day on days I do an hour of training (most days will be 2 hours or more). Most of these calories…
