Not really new...any upstate NYers? Triathetes?

I've been here for a while, but never active. Wouldn't mind some people to hold me accountable for logging. I'm in triathlon training and actually require a whole lot of calories, but I'm still trying to drop some pounds. Would welcome anyone!

Eat a lot, swim a little, run a lot, lift a little, bike the most. Lol. It's been the best change I made moving from lifting to tri's. Started 5 years ago, this year I look to be in the best shape of my life0
