Am I doing this wrong?
Lately I've been trying to do crunches and reverse crunches, things I've never done before. In P.E. we did jumping jacks, which just hurts my boobs and toe touches. I can do 3 sets of 20 crunches and 2 sets of 20 reverse crunches.... In five minutes. Am I doing this wrong?

How to Keep Measuring
I'm still new at this, but I'm a little bad at this. I just ate a big plate of homemade chicken and pasta and forgot to measure it out for MFP. How do you guys measure things like this? Especially when you mix in sauce or have to make big quantities for your whole family.
