Was wondering what people prefer, morning or evening shredding? I WANT to do morning, but I have the hardest time getting up so I do evenings before dinner.
Anybody else feeling it in their quads? The worst is going up stairs. Whats funny though is trying to go to the bathroom, slightly bending to get to the seat and then having the plop the rest of the way cause my quads hurt terribly. lol.
So I just finished day 1 of level one yesterday. At first the jumping jacks were awful, but the last time we do them, it felt like i was floating, super easy. Is this normal? Anybody else notice the JJs get easier throughout the session?
