working out the muscle that helps memory :P
Sooo, I'll be 44 this May, getting older. I'm fit and feel great, but I've noticed that my memory is starting to go down the tubes. I've started added phosphatidylserine to my supp regimin, partly for the cortisol suppression and also for the brain health. So I'm wondering what... um. eh... I forget what I was going to ask.
