NSV- I'm Overweight!!
So I began this journey at 5'0" and 187 lbs. Through MFP and beginning C25k, I'm down to 152.4 lbs! My ultimate goal is 125, but I am happy to say that I am no longer obese!!! As of today, I'm just overweight!! I know it's cheesy, but YAY!!
