First month

This is my first post; I just wanted to share a mini-success... 4 weeks ago today, I started mfp and walking (4+ mi/hr- about 20-25 mi/wk).... Today, I'm down 14.8 pounds!!! Just shy of 25% towards my goal!!! Although I typically just stalk the boards looking for success stories for motivation, I figured I'd post my small success today!!!
