Postpartum and having a hard time losing weight
Hi there! I’m 4 months postpartum and having a TOUGH time losing weight. I lost the first 20 pounds quickly but have been stuck at about the same weight for a while. No budging. I’m still breastfeeding but am starting to dry up a bit. First time mom! Any advice or similar experiences?

How much does your weight fluctuate when you have gluten?

One of my legs is bigger than the other?
I've been doing strength training and have been consistently losing weight and I've been noticing that one leg is bigger than the other. Is this normal in weight loss/muscle gaining? My weight training is consistent and does not favor one side of my body over the other.

Drink more coffee, live longer?
Studies that once showed that coffee was bad for you are now showing that coffee drinkers are less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia...AND...have fewer cases of certain types of cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokes. So, what's your take?
