Thank you for the information!

Yeah, I noticed the same issue today. It's not just an option to add people right now for some reason? So odd.

Yay, friends!

Please add me!

Changed my attitude. Sounds cliche, but if I woke up grumpy everyday I remained grumpy everyday. Once I started actively CHOOSING to be happy, things started to fall into place.

I'm actually super into motivational videos at the moment. I just type in "motivational speech" to youtube and go. Also, if you prefer something you can download, "Muscle Prodigy" is really good.

Hi! I had a baby 5 months ago and am having a tough time as well. Starting the weight loss/physical fitness journey again. So tough! I gained 40 pounds and have only lost 20.

I drink a LOT of water, or at least try to. Sometimes I'll put a Snapple tea packet in it to get the sugar I'm craving. I'm in the same boat right now and its like sugar and salt are my only means of survival!

5'4" 146 pound Looking to get down to 130, but my ultimate goal is to compete in a fitness competition.

Good point! I asked the doc this question, if we gain weight simply because we are on it or if it's due to appetite issues and loss of energy levels. He said 5 pounds of weight gain can usually be attributed to BC in general, but any more than that is because we tend to eat more and lose energy while on it.

I gained a little over 15 pounds while on the ring...it has been terrible! I'm praying this does the trick and it sounds like it will. I've read that some ladies tend to have nasty headaches with the Mirena, though?

That's amazing!! I'm switching to this after using the ring for a long time and have heard it is easier to lose and maintain weight from some people....and then heard from another lady that she gained a ton of weight on it.

At 168 pounds, it doesn't seem like you're really all that heavy enough to be taking medications like that. If you're eating well, working out, and staying healthy, then I don't see why a doc wouldn't take you off this medication. BUT, I'm not a doctor and I don't know your medical history. As someone in the service, I do…

It is 100% normal for a body to fluctuate about 5 pounds up or down throughout the day.
-
But I mean its like one leg is getting all the workout and the other is just shrinking.

Change your workout routine. Add more cardio--that's what I've been told.

Although I admire a vegan diet, my trainer advised me that going vegan seriously diminishes the human body's ability to maintain muscle mass the way it does when it feasts on animal protein. I was trying out the vegan diet for a little while but was getting frustrated because I wasn't getting the results I wanted. He told…

I tend to just walk but I mix it up. I walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill but every minute I up the incline 1% until it reaches 15% and then I start taking it down 1% until it gets down to 0 for a total of 15 minutes up and 15 minutes down. I walk at a 3.5 pace, too. Its a great fat burner.

I love the 24 hour fast. I've suffered from an undiagnosed gluten allergy for years and its caused tons of damage. Fasting for 24 hours once a week has helped me so much in regards to my digestive issues (along with not eating gluten, obviously) and it actually gives me more energy.
