Okay I have been using what MFP had figured for me as calorie intake.. 1500 that was with "Active" movement throughout the day.. Does Anyone own this? I saw it on NBA TV last night.. I was looking to incorperate it into my session.. I use a friends gym at their home which is Elliptical, Bike, Treadmill, various dvd's.. but they have a huge weight training system but the ceilings are to low and they most likely wil move it or get rid of it... anyway…

net calorie help?
Ok Im a bit confused... as of right now it says Goal =1500 Food =1190 Exercise = -504 and Net= 686. And it says I have 814 left for the day.. What do I go by? Like what does the net calories mean.. Do i just eat whats left there? Sorry if this is a silly question

I am a huge chip person, if I could use all my calories on them I probably would but that is not so healthy. What do you snack on, something that satifies you and your not looking for another snack in 5 minutes.. I dont mind veggies but rather have them as a side at dinner or lunch not so much a carrot/dressing as a snack.…

Protein?
Im so lacking my protein intake.. What do you eat to boost up your protein? Im getting tired of chicken, and not a huge meat eater. Also I am dairy free, and can not eat Almonds, Cashews or Walnuts.
