Calorie intake

Okay I have been using what MFP had figured for me as calorie intake.. 1500 that was with "Active" movement throughout the day.. I generally burn between 300-400 calories 6 days a week and moved my active to "lightly active" during the day since my little one likes me to sit and hold him I feel the moving around during the day as much has stopped for now.. It lowered me to 1330 calories a day.. My BMR says 1526/day.. Now I read somewhere to add your calories burned to your BMR with will bring me roughly to an intake of 1836/day.. My goal is set to lose 1.5 lbs a week. Is that correct 1826 daily on workout days?

Currently Iam 5'3" and weight 185-187 the scale keeps going back and forth day to day..

Any insight or expereience will help!

    Go to the General Weight Loss forum and check out the sticky threads at the top. One is called Newbies Please Read Me (or something like that) and has links that will answer your calorie questions.
