I was really REALLY craving a frozen yogurt, so I got some after dinner tonight. That put me 298 calories in the hole. So... I worked out for a whole 60 minutes today to bring back that green color on my homepage! It was THE BEST JOG OF MY LIFE. Currently 232, looking to be 135-150 by this time next year.
