and for me, it's not so much the weight as it is the size. after thinking rationally, i want to lose inches. ive always been happy in the skin that i'm in, and thats the first and most important step.

I'm going to bang out Week 4 day 3 today! I find that running after I've eaten everything for the day is helping a bit more.... I do some sort of class or DVD during the day. Twice a day, I'm going hard!
