Does my waitressing count as exercise?

    Absolutely!
  • Depends on what you have your activity level at. If you say sedentary, yes. If you say active, then no.

    okay... i cater, so it's hard work. sometimes i sweat as much as when im on the treadmill for an hour :)

    I don't doubt that, but if you want to count it like that, then you should set your activity level to sedentary or lightly active. You'll be double dipping if you don;t.

    If you can afford it buy a FitBit. It tracks your steps, calories burned, even your sleep pattern. Some people consider all activities exercise. What ever helps burn calories is good for you.
