NOTHING for me. Counting calories with MFP worked, but I lost NO inches with 30DS, I also GAINED an inch on my arms. I will stick to my airdyne and walking for exercise, with some lifting. Do not want big muscular arms
Hi, not intended to offend. I am 5'3 I last weighed 159 at the start of my journey, its been 2 weeks and a couple of days. I'm eating cleaner probably 80/20. 12 days in the 30ds, and...
I've lost 5lbs!! YAY !!! I LOVE MFP!! This is the hardest I have ever worked out. I am also doing 20-25 min of the Airdyne, and walking 20min a night, sometimes more random stuff, but nothing major.

Knees popping w/30day shred help pls
Hi- I have had some knee issues in the past, was supposed to have surgery on one of them. The "better" knee is popping/cracking with the squat exercises in the 30ds.
