I've lost 5lbs!! YAY !!! I LOVE MFP!! This is the hardest I have ever worked out. I am also doing 20-25 min of the Airdyne, and walking 20min a night, sometimes more random stuff, but nothing major.

    Thats amazing! Congratulations! I tryed her and she kicked my booty! I didn't make it through the first workout! Great results. Maybe I should give it a go!

    Congrats! I'm on day 12 also (not counting rest days and weekends where I hit the gym instead) and I've lost 14 pounds so far! I've got a lot to lose though so I'm expecting it so slow down soon but I'm still really happy. I started on June 27th.
