Low fat, low carb, High iron foods
I tend to problems with my iron levels anyway so don't really want them to get any lower. Anyone have any ideas on these types of foods? I do eat red meat, but mostly do stick to chicken alot of the time, however am wondering if anyone has found any foods that are low in fat etc but high in iron?
