I'm in week 11 of p90x but I see not any changes yet. I feel stronger but I want to lose weight and getting a toned body. I did not follow the nutrition plan and I did not count the calories , I think thats my biggest mistake during p90x. So I want to start round 2 with the nutrition plan and I want to count my calories…
