Good Job! I dont like the yoga part but I have to try to hold on for 90 minutes.Last time I did yoga i stopped after 20 minutes LOL :-)

I just stick to my calories (1370 a day plus half of my excercise calories) and try to eat healty food :)

Lyadeai, Congrats with your weight loss :)! I'm starting next week with p90x. You are eating 1400 calories plus exercise calories am I Right? Do you think that works for me too? Im 25 years old 5'7" and my weight is156 lbs. My first weight goal is 145 lbs. ratio: 30% carbs 50% proteins 20% fat ?

Thank you for the quick respones :) I have a hart rate monitor but I only use It with Plyometrics and Kenpo X. I haven't take a look before at the calorie burn option op my hart rate monitor (shame on me :smooched: ) So the next workout with plyo or kenpo X I will take a look at the burned calories. So I have to eat 1300…
