What is everyone doing for their "Last Chance Workout" today? LOL, I just like that term a lot.
I will probably do my spin class tonight then sit in the sauna to sweat out that last pound

EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAY POSITIVE If you are doing the right stuff then results will come in time! IT HAS TO! This all is a science and I am a big science nerd and it makes sense. Just stick with it! I can't wait to get everyone's weights tomorrow! I hope we can lose 100 pounds as a group every week, wouldn't that be amazing!!??
No weight this week shouldn't discourage anyone! Especially if you had a HUGE loss last week. Remember MFP has us losing at a SLOW and HEALTHY rate so it STAYS OFF!!0 -

My weight stayed the same...still 134.0.
Earlier this week I was stressed out because I weighed myself and it showed that I had GAINED 2 pounds...I was NOT happy to say the least. So...since I'm at 134 again...I'm ok with that!
I think my body was adjusting to the upped calories (b/c of the increased calorie burn) and the new workout program so HOPEFULLY I will see a loss next week and in the coming weeks!
I'm due to reassess my measurements on Monday as well so I'm hoping to see some change there!0 -
Happy Friday all! And I am very happy with my loss this week of 1.6 pounds! Yay, right on track!
Today we have a little office party where i know there will be tons of pastries and bagels.... ugh last time I ate two bagels with tons of cheese.... but today i came prepared with a low-fat low-sugar zucchini and cranberry bread I made.
Also I am heading to my sister's for the weekend, and she is brutal for plying me with wine.... not to mention every Sunday morning her husband cooks french toast with maple syrup and bacon. SO my goals for the weekend are to stick to my diet plan (no processed foods, 5-7 servings of veggies per day) and eat my usual breakfast on sunday morning. NO BACON! LOL

I am down 4 pounds this week!!!! Exercise is really the key piece for me, We are having a snowstorm here everything is closed,but the gym was open so I went at 6am...now home safe and sound. Well have a great day all, I know I am!

Gained almost 2 lbs since last week (UH-OH) but I've kept 10 lbs off since Thanksgiving so I'm not going to get discouraged. Its been a grazy week with school starting and my friend visiting, just have to get back on track.

I just wanted to say that for those feeling a bit discouraged (like i was yesterday, with my 0lb weight loss), the important thing is that you are still logging in on mfp, and still part of the challenge! It's important to be held accountable and keep going, even when it doesn't always go to plan.
