Good source of essential fats and also contains L-Carnatine, naturally occurring amino acid which is used to push fatty acids into the cells for energy, which in turn burns them off! haha0 -

Also, skim is processed and hardly has any nutrients. I've actually switched to almond milk. I rarely if ever use cow's milk anymore and if I do, I used organic 2%.0 -
