How to stay motivated when you're not losing????
I've been dieting and exercising pretty hard for the past 5 weeks - and have only lost 1 pound. How do you guys stay motivated when you don't see results?

Anyone on a plant based diet? Does it work?
I'm supposed to follow a low fat diet and finding that I'm losing on a plant based only diet.....anyone else having success? Are beans and soy the answer? - Julie

motivation to get to the gym today
I just plain don't want to go today....LOL - how do I get myself there? I know that it makes dieting sooo much easier. What do you do to keep yourself motivated to work out each day?

Is anyone taking these supplements? I am taking both - for about 2 weeks and don't see any change as a result. Wondering if anyone has seen results???

Total Calories or Net Calories?
I'm so confused by this one - I've been counting net calories - which puts me anywhere from 800-1100 calories a day but I'm not losing weight. My total calories are like 1200 - 1500...I'm beginning to think it must be more important to count total calories? Anyone have luck with either variation?

cardio 2x a day?
Does anyone do cardio twice daily? I'm wondering if it will boost my metabolism - or just plain wear me out....ha ha. Right now I'm targeting burning 500 calories in the morning....wondering if I should pick up weights or yoga in the evening????

Hi Everyone - I've only lost 4 pounds in 26 days ;( I decided to up my workout to 500+ calories burned daily - hoping this makes a dent. I have to lost 50 pounds......sigh. Also decided not to weigh myself every day. Would love to make some friends here for support - losing weight is such a mind game. Need to stay on a…
