40's in an interesting time...........all I know is that I have to work a lot harder and stay focused - not always easy! Anyone out there in their 40's that would like some support??
I've been dieting and exercising pretty hard for the past 5 weeks - and have only lost 1 pound. How do you guys stay motivated when you don't see results?
I'm supposed to follow a low fat diet and finding that I'm losing on a plant based only diet.....anyone else having success? Are beans and soy the answer? - Julie
I just plain don't want to go today....LOL - how do I get myself there? I know that it makes dieting sooo much easier. What do you do to keep yourself motivated to work out each day?
Is anyone taking these supplements? I am taking both - for about 2 weeks and don't see any change as a result. Wondering if anyone has seen results???
I'm so confused by this one - I've been counting net calories - which puts me anywhere from 800-1100 calories a day but I'm not losing weight. My total calories are like 1200 - 1500...I'm beginning to think it must be more important to count total calories? Anyone have luck with either variation?
Does anyone do cardio twice daily? I'm wondering if it will boost my metabolism - or just plain wear me out....ha ha. Right now I'm targeting burning 500 calories in the morning....wondering if I should pick up weights or yoga in the evening????
Hi Everyone - I've only lost 4 pounds in 26 days ;( I decided to up my workout to 500+ calories burned daily - hoping this makes a dent. I have to lost 50 pounds......sigh.
