Hi Everyone - I've only lost 4 pounds in 26 days ;( I decided to up my workout to 500+ calories burned daily - hoping this makes a dent. I have to lost 50 pounds......sigh. Also decided not to weigh myself every day. Would love to make some friends here for support - losing weight is such a mind game. Need to stay on a good, motivated place.......LOVE to read all the success stories here - you guys are awesome
