This is the first time this has happened in WEEKS. Have I really undone my good work doing this just once? Usually I don't eat all my exercise calories back but this time I did and a bit more. Trying to calm down here:( I'm a post-menopausal woman, so I really can't afford to make too many diet mistakes...

Been sick all week, but too tired+hungry to track calories
When not sick, I've been really faithful about tracking calories, and coming in somewhat UNDER exercise calories(I've been averaging eating about half of them back on my exercise days which is pretty much 6 days out of 7). Starting anew!
Had an account here under a different user name, and just wanted to start fresh again. 65, and just want to tighten up and drop those last few pounds. Already pretty active with weight-training, cardio, hoop dance and Pilates. Keeping a closer eye on the ball with diet is going to do it.
