Starting anew!

Had an account here under a different user name, and just wanted to start fresh again. 65, and just want to tighten up and drop those last few pounds. Already pretty active with weight-training, cardio, hoop dance and Pilates. Keeping a closer eye on the ball with diet is going to do it.

I am 65 and just retired. In my last year of working I managed to put on 8kg and I was a bit ovrweight anyway. Last few weeks of farewell parties did not help.
So now start of new life means less stress and lose the weight so looking at the on-line support groups0
