Hey! Back again after having some decent success loosing some fats a few years ago on MFP! Weight is slowly starting to creep back up!! Need to nip it in the bud and start being consistent again! Looking for some new friends on this new chapter :)

18lbs lost - face pics
Found a pic on my girlfriends phone of my face before I started MFP; it took me back a bit Started the diet about 9th July... lost 18lbs so far. Just wish i took some body shots to compare too.

Hi all, About 4 weeks in to totally changing my diet using this awesome site and the app! On the daily summary - I seem to be keeping low on my fat / sat fat / salt percentages etcs and slowly boosting up my fibre, vit c and protein percentage.
