Logging exercise on Fit Bit and MFP
I think I might be double logging. When I exercise, should I do it without the FB on and then log the exercise in MFP? It seems like wearing the FB during cycling, running, or any exercise and logging in MFP will double log activity.

Fitbit and spinning
i just got a Fitbit. It is linked to MFP. I took a spinning class today while wearing the FB. It logged the spin as steps. And then I logged the spin class in MFP. Being desperately hungry
I am having trouble sticking to eating well consistently. I have a couple of good days, but, on the 3rd day, I spend the entire day feeling like I am starving. And then, I blow it at night because I am so tired of being hungry. Does anyone else experience this? What can be done to fight it?

increasing running time
I am training for a 5K and am currently running 28 minutes. The last 2 times I have run, I wanted to increase my time to 31 minutes. But, I hit about 26 minutes and can barely make it to 28 minutes. Does anyone have advice on how to increase my time? Or, do you know why I am having such a hard time crossing the 28 minute…
