Wrist pains
Whenever I workout regardless how often my wrists tend to get inflamed and tender afterwards- usually its either doing push ups or even just weight lifting. Occasionally it gets to the point where I can't put any pressure on them at all. I never compromise form and always go at my own pace. Any idea why this is happening…

Sore wrists
Everytime I work out using light weights or I do pushups or basically anything that requires my hands I get sharp twinges in my wrists that can be quite sore, has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any advice on how to minimise the pain/frequency of it happening?

Hey, I have recently took up poi again in order to tone my arms but it also requires a lot of body movement. It is not in the database so does anybody know what I could enter it as for my exercise diary??
