Whilst I agree that personally I haven't found contraception to affect my weight loss I do believe that people are free to ask whether it has the potential to, especially if it is their first time on contraception, it just seemed rather "forward" then of you to say it was an excuse when they were asking a question :/

I put a few tablespoons of flavoured yoghurt in with the oatmeal and a splash of milk and let it sit overnight. I prefer it cold and thick, then I add some fruit if I feel like it

Spaghetti bolognese packed with vegetables so I fill up more on that than the spaghetti. Haven't decided whats for desert yet, maybe some melon and a little chocolate
