Wrist pains

Whenever I workout regardless how often my wrists tend to get inflamed and tender afterwards- usually its either doing push ups or even just weight lifting. Occasionally it gets to the point where I can't put any pressure on them at all. I never compromise form and always go at my own pace. Any idea why this is happening or what I can do to prevent it?

Wrist wraps or modify your form so you're not bending your wrists back so badly.0

Do push-ups, planks, etc using dumb bells on the floor to hold on to. It keeps your wrists straight.
