I've been using MFP for a little over a year now but I never came over to these message boards. It's kind of addicting when you can't fall asleep late at night.
My current weight is around 164 at 5'10, my goal is to get to a solid 180 and then cut down. I've been lifting for close to 4 years and personal training for 1. This community seems pretty awesome.

I've taken a few month breaks throughout the years and I always regretted them. I'd come back in the gym feeling weak, small but motivated to get back what I lost. It's been a few months since I've let that happen and I'm determined to not fall back into that cycle. Thank you and good luck0
