Cholesterol to take meds or not????
I have high cholesterol, my doctors are pushing meds at me and Im running from it as hard as I can. The possible side effects scare the bejeebers out of me. What about Curves
So I went today and checked out Curves. Can anyone give me some feed back as to how effective this program is for toning. I know at my age (49) and having been over weight for the last 31 years, I will be left with loose skin. But I would like to do as much as I can to tone up.
