Thanks, I have 8 lbs until I reach my goal weight. I plan to start a toning program bf then and will remember the advice. I guess I needed to here that someone else had at least some success with regaining tone.. I don't be any strech of the imagination expect to be tight and tone again, for one thing I'm 49, lol. Although you may not see it, there is a HUGE difference. When I had lost about 60 lbs. my daughter in law posted bf/to date pics. of me and I told her to be sure and say which was which. She laughed and ask was I serious. I've lost 82 now, and while I do see a big difference I still don't see what others say they see. I…

I have a battery operated scale as well. My house is off the ground and my floors get rather cold. When it does I have the same problem, the battery gets cold and takes a bit bf it warms and give me an accurate reading. I find if I place it in front of the heater it helps keep the battery warm and I have less problems.

Well Im not a young mom anymore, but I once was. :) I too had many "friends" while I was a big partier. Then when I was barley 18 yr. old I married and was pg. and began going to church. I'm having the same problem. I'm allowed 1200 cals. a day, I'm also tracking carbs and fat. I almost never, if ever use all my cals. I did have a point where my weight loss slowed way down. I uped my cals. by making myself eat extras (still not meeting my total cal. goal)and my loss picked back up. But like you I hate…

I've been dieting for a little over a month now and have the same problem. I have found that eating nuts, peanut butter and such helps. But I am also counting fats and carbs along with 1200 cals. per day. I have been working at getting it all in balance. One thing I have learned is that it is important to eat as close to…
