Entering a recipe

I'm a new user. I'm trying to enter a favorite recipe. How can I adjust the quantity of the ingredient? For example: enter 1 cup rather than 1 teaspoon.

  When I cant can't find the right measurements I use a converter site. http://www.food.com/library/calc.zsp. Not sure if this is what your talking about, but I hope it helps. And by the way welcome to MFP

  16 tbsp are in a cup
  3 tsp are in a tbsp
