Stuck on Weight Loss
So I started the weight loss journey back in November last year, at the time I was 258lbs (43% body fat) and until mid May I got down to 211lbs. But ever since then, I have not been able to lose weight again! My weight fluctuates, so one week I lose 2lbs and the next I gain it all back up. I'm just nothing short of puzzled…
