I just started this plan. I think it needs a lot of tweaking...especially when it comes to herbs and spices and palatability. Anyone have any good recipes or ideas?

I have lost 3 pounds so far, but not sure if any of that will stay off. I have a hard time sticking to anything for the long haul and as soon as I stop a program…
