I dont understand this, could someone please explain. Yesterday I weighed 59.1kg (130.2lbs), I ate good and slaved at the gym and had over 600calories in deficit. trying so hard but not losing!
I am on a 1200cal count each day. I was losing weight easily on this when I was heavier but now Im lighter, the weight will not budge. I almost always eat over the limit but then make sure I burn it off over and above so that I have between 100 and 600cals i deficit. I have been trying to mix up my workouts, like doing…
