trying so hard but not losing!

I am on a 1200cal count each day. I was losing weight easily on this when I was heavier but now Im lighter, the weight will not budge. I almost always eat over the limit but then make sure I burn it off over and above so that I have between 100 and 600cals i deficit. I have been trying to mix up my workouts, like doing spin class', different amounts of time and/or resistance on machines, walks and swimming. My weight is fluctuating constantly between 60 and 61kgs (132-134lbs) and Im 157cm (5'1"). What am I doing wrong!? Im not doing much weight work, is this causing a problem? Please help!

When u get lighter, losing weights gets harder. Don't expect the same results when u're heavier. Your progress must slow down. Maybe, the reason is you're building muscles

What is your average daily sodium intake? When everyone wakes up tomorrow, you will be asked to open your diary. You are at the point where the going is getting tough. And will have to adapt to continue, but the folks who can help you need to know what you are doing and eating.

From what you're saying you're eating your exercise calories back I think. If so be careful your not over estimates the calories burnt. Also you don't say how long your weight has been stuck so if it's a short amount of time yet bout to be too impatient. Also as your bmi is pretty near an average for your height you may want to concentrate on running up rather than weight loss

    1) Lift some weights, you don't have to get jacked and stuff, but try doing weight traing and cardio 50/50. First, heavy (well, you dont have to go heavy, but heavier than cardio) workouts speed up your metabolism and give you afterburn. Second, increasing your muscles gives you more calories to eat (muscle require calories to maintain, unlike fat).
    2) Try doing intermittent fasting, works great on some people. To find out what it is, wtach a couple videos on "fastingtwins" channel on youtube.

Oh yeah, and drink at least 3 litres of pure water a day.
