Best bathroom scales?
I need new scales, and I am overwhelmed by all that is out there. I haven't purchased scales since the 1990s and they have so many new features now. The reviews are all over the place as far as which ones are accurate. So what brand/type of scales should I buy and which ones are garbage? Thanks!

What is the most you have ever gained due to PMS? (Strictly due to PMS - not overeating or lack of exercise) Just curious because I always feel like I gain a ton, but then it goes away in a few days. I think the most I ever gained was 5.

Just curious: Who here eats "diet" food - meaning food that has been made sugar free/fat free/calorie free? And who here only eats regular food? What time do you weigh?
I've noticed that I weigh more in the morning than I do in the afternoon...often by as much as 3 pounds! What's up with that??? I used to hear that you should weigh in the morning, but all that does is depress me for the day since I always weigh less in the afternoon. When do you weigh and why do you use that time?

reset weight
I have started over so the weight I have just lost isn't showing on my ticker....probably because it is weight that I had gained back....anyway, is there any way to reset the whole thing....sounds silly but seeing the pounds lost in writing helps motivate me.

Calorie burn in MFP database
I was just wondering how accurate the numbers are in the database. Should I use them or is there another resource that is more accurate? Thanks:)
