Now that I've lost weight, I'm starting to really tone. I do cardio 6 days a week and I just started an ab challenge, but my workouts are not well rounded. I want to start working my arms, shoulders, etc, but don't really know where to start and I'm intimidated by the machines at the gym. Where's a good place to start?
