Okay, so my mom fell into the whole Body by Vi fad. She stopped making the shakes, and the powder hasn't been going to any use. Calorie counters??
I've seen a lot of people with heart rate moniters that track calories burned. How accurate are these? Are they worth buying, especially if I do exercise outside of the gym as well, so I can't track it on a machine? Anyone use them, and like them? :smile: If so how much did you pay for it, and what brand is it/features…

I'm a little confused...
I usually eat just below my calorie intake, and I exercise as well. Whenever I complete my journal, it says I'm not eating enough, and I should be getting more calories. But what's the point in exercising to lose weight if I'm just going to re-eat some of the calories? I do eat a small snack before and after, but it…

Does anyone have a good granola recipe?

Need some daily intake help please!
I have been below my calories everyday, but I keep going over my protein. Is this a major problem? If so, does anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it? Also, what are some good low-protein foods everyone enjoys? Thanks! :smile:
