Is wa;king or jogging better than cardio dvds?
I dont like walking outside cause I just get too nervous!!! Even at the tracks you never know who is behnid you especially when your into your walk or jog.So is a cardio workout dvd just as good as walking our jogging?

weight loss
So ive been doing this MFP for 2 weeks now. I lost 2 pounds. I work out every morning and am under my 1200 calorie a day. I would have thought I would have lost 5 pounds by now. Am i wrong to think that way? Ive been eating very healthy. So I guess im alittle frusterated which i know is probably stupid. lol

CARBS!!
Ok so my calorie count allows me 165 for carbs. Now is that grams?? and if so isnt that alot of carbs. I dont eat white flour or processed food anymore. But i do notice for instince that me eaing an orange carries 21 carbs. i find that to be alot, but im totally clueless. Im on a 1200 calorie diet and im 5'4. So if anyone…

How much water is too much
Ok so im drinking 4 to 5 bottles of water a day. I think thats about 8 cups of water. So my coworker told me shouldn't drink so much water because i might retain it. Is that true? I dont know if my body holds alot of water, so how would I know? And how much water is too much water? Can you over do it?

Ok so I eat about 3-4 different fruits a day. I keep hearing eat apples it will fill you up so i try to eat as much as i can.
