Using an interval training dvd that combines aerobics and strengthing workouts can simulate wind and terrain. Picking the right one so that you are challenged is the key. Chris Frieitag has some good ones for beginners to advanced. Also Cathe Freidrich-the queen of advanced workouts. Oh, and Kelly Coffey-Myer, my new favorite. She's funny too! You know you have found a good instructor when hearing them say the same things several times a week still makes you laugh everytime.
Hope you find some dvd's you will enjoy.
