How do you tell how much fat you've lost and muscle you've gained?
Ok, so I'm doing the 30DS, but I'd really like to get some more stretching in, too. Anyone have suggestions for stretching videos (I seem to do better and more consistent if I have someone to follow)?

Oh my goodness....just finished day of of the 30 Day Shred. I am discouraged because as fall last year, level 1 would not have been too much of a challenge. Today, that's a different story. It's amazing how fast we loose muscle and flexibility. I'm also challenged to do this. I don't want to stay where I am. I may have to…
