Hi. I ordered P90 and I'm waiting patiently for it. (Not really) I was wondering how different people handled the P90 "menu" and MFP. I know MFP says you should eat your excercise calories. Does P90 say the same thing? Or should 1200 calories be the goal? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
Its not a serious question... just rantings of someone who shoveled a pile of snow bigger than they are. :indifferent:
I'm a beginner and I don't enjoy excercise. I work out on my elliptical and the most calories I've burned in one day is 200 and thats if I work out twice. I see some people who say they burn 500 and I'm like.. HOW? So just to compare, how many do you burn or did you burn when you first started excercising?
