If you chop the veggies up really fine (or if you have a Vitamix, which I don't) you hardly taste them. EXCEPT the broccoli. The taste of broccoli always comes through.

Fresh berries and granola. If berries are out of season, I buy frozen strawberries and let them defrost over night. I also buy different kinds of granola every week and it changes the taste. I'm addicted. I eat this almost every day.

fruit and veggie smoothie. I mix and match whatever I have on hand. Shredded broccoli, kale, shredded carrots, chopped up cauliflower, cucumber, apple, pear strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi... and almond milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I usually add 2 - 3 veggies and 2 - 3 fruits.

I love bread and pasta, but they are problematic for me. I try to stick to ezekiel bread and protein pasta, but every once in a while I indulge in a big bowl of pasta and italian bread. Moderation works well for me.

At first I didn't. I couldn't lose my belly no matter what I did. Then I not only ate back my exercise calories, but raised my calories from 1200 to 1350. (Only leaving myself a 10% deficit) That actually worked.

I read that you're supposed to do: Day 1 - 30DS Day 2 - 30DS Day 3 - Cardio Day 4 - 30DS Day 5 - 30DS Day 6 - Cardio Day 7 - Rest. So it's supposed to take longer than a month. I begin my second week tomorrow. I've lost inches all over my body, so I'm excited to see the end results.

I think you need to eat more. Your body may be in starvation mode. Eat back all your exercise calories and don't ever go below 1200.
