Weather makes me tired...HELP!!
This up and down weather is making me want to just sleep and skip my workout. How do you suggest that I break through this?

Food diary helps, but...
I am seeing some weight loss and trying to exercise regularly. I am usually under my calorie count, but it says that I am not going to lose as much in 5 weeks when I don't eat the total amount of calories that it says that I should eat. Why is that?

Why do a food diary?
I have been exercising when I can but I don't want to do the food diary. I know I have weight to lose, but I just don't think I would keep an accurate diary. Any suggestions?

I have been on here for a while, but just wondering if this really works for people. I am looking for friends to help me find some motivation and accountability, but not sure how to go about it. I have sent out some requests for some blogs that really impressed me but haven't heard back...yet.
